What We Do?


Market and promote rental units via multiple sources, including major sources such as Zillow, Rent.com, Apartments.com as well as referrals and direct leads through our office.


Review applications, check employment and rental references and do thorough screenings including Credit, Criminal and Evictions and learn about applicants to find the best tenants.


Regularly inspect units (bi-annually per Oregon law) to ensure safety and cleanliness are being maintained and damages are not being done.


Compile and distribute rental owner financial reports on a monthly basis, along with net proceeds from rents.


Establish and pay utilities and services on behalf of the owner (OPTIONAL.)


Ensure tenant compliance with all property rules and rental agreement.


Handle court filings and proceedings as needed (some additional costs may be involved.)


Field repair and maintenance requests and dispatch appropriate personnel.


Collect rents, late fees and enforce fines.


Manage all tenant communication.


Work with outside funding sources as needed.
